1. The battery is in, what if my Sonic Blade™ does not turn on?
Check the battery. Ensure that it has been pushed completely into the unit and is fully charged. Also ensure you pull the trigger fully back then up. Watch the "how to" video by clicking on the player window.
2. What if the battery does not charge?
Make sure the red light in the Charging Block is on when the battery is in
the charger. Watch the "how to" video by clicking on the player window.
If you continue to have problems, we will replace the battery for only
the shipping cost up to one year after purchase or up to 10 years on the extended warranty plan.
3. How do I clean my Sonic Blade™?
For light use, blades can simply be wiped with a clean damp towel. Blades
may be washed in hot, soapy water or in the dishwasher. Dry all blades
thoroughly before storing or next use. The Sonic Blade™ Handle and
Charging Block may be cleaned with a damp (NOT wet) cloth. DO NOT use
any abrasive cleaner or material to clean any part of the Sonic Blade™
Handle as it may harm the finish. Do not immerse the handle or stand in
water.
4. Can the blades / food holder go in the dishwasher?
YES, but as with all high end steel knives, the blades should be removed
immediately from the dishwasher and thoroughly dried before storing into
the safety stand to prevent rust.
5. What do I do if the blades fall out?
Before any use, you should make sure the blades are secure by pushing
the blade grip (the black plastic parts on the blades) towards the unit
handle until they are seated in the handle.
6. What if I have a hard time cutting through foods?
A slight back and forth sweeping motion with the Sonic Blade™ will help
you cut through any food items.
7. How does the Money Back Guarantee work?
