Sonic Innovations, Inc. values its relationship with its customers and therefore, offers a return policy for its products purchased directly from it. Under this policy, a purchaser may return to Sonic Innovations, Inc., within the applicable return policy period, products purchased directly from Sonic Innovations, Inc. for a credit or a refund of the purchase price actually paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.
Unless you have a separate agreement with Sonic Innovations, Inc., all products purchased directly from Sonic Innovations, Inc. may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees..
To return the product, you must contact a Sonic Innovations, Inc. customer service representative and receive a Credit Return Authorization Number within the return policy period. You must receive a Credit Return Authorization Number in order to return the product. Call 1-800-970-1869 to receive your Credit Return Authorization Number.
You must ship the products within five (5) days of the date you receive the Credit Return Authorization Number. You must:
•Ship back entire Sonic Blade unit and all it's components to Sonic Innovations, Inc. Credit for partial returns may be less than invoice. You make keep the Turn and Store containers as our free gift to you.
•Return the product in the original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment to you.
•Ship the product at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
